I discovered Harukoi, which I had been curious about after learning about it at Sake-no-Wawa! Slightly effervescent, bitter-sweet strawberry flavor.
I thought it would be a stand-alone sake, but surprisingly it was not as sweet as I expected. Goes well with spring vegetables such as bamboo shoots and cabbage.
