Muroyama Town in Saitama Prefecture and Kijo Town in Miyazaki Prefecture became friendship cities through a connection made by Saneatsu Mushanokoji. Rice grown in Miyazaki is brewed in Saitama. A delightful sake with a sweet and savory taste. Tastier than the first year 😋.

I bought it at a liquor store in Urawa when I went back home and the owner recommended it to me. It tastes better than I expected! Maybe I'm an Omachi lover! I want to start with a lighter sake and drink this all the way through the middle. The balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity is perfect.

Brewed in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Kaze no Mori, this sake challenges the expression of complex flavors with five different microorganisms playing an active role. I think it is a great success. It has both depth and Kaze no Mori character. And when you drink it with a sake bowl made just for this sake, you will ascend to heaven.

Got it at the Imura Sake Shop in Nobeoka at the end of the year. It tastes good without any complaints. It is a celebratory sake for the New Year and to be served with Osechi (New Year's dishes). It has a gaseous taste when the bottle is first opened, but after a few days, it has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.

When Hidetoshi Nakata stopped by Sentoku Shuzo, he mixed hebesu liqueur and nigori (nigori sake), and was told that this was a good way to drink sake. This sake was born from his suggestion. This is quite tasty. The strong acidity of hebesu goes well with fish and hot pot. I will buy it again when I find it.

I made a reservation for a wind sauna in Nobeoka, so I visited Imura Sake Shop, which I was curious about. I bought a bottle of the recommended sake, which sells out quickly every year. It has a robust flavor, with a nice sweetness and bitterness. I love the strength of arabashiri 😊.

The top clear liquid has a refreshingly clear bitterness, and if you mix it upside down and drink it afterwards, it tastes twice as good, with more flavor. The ceramic cup gives more depth to the flavor than a glass. I want to drink the entire Lomang series.
