I haven't caught up on all the drinks I had over the weekend, but I was looking forward to this one first. A book I bought to study sake, "Twelve Roku" from Hakuto Sake Class I was curious about it and finally got it when I heard the arrival date. Doburoku is not sake, apparently 🤔. (I'm not sure if I should record this in this app...) It tastes sweet and sour and gentle like a dessert. As a lover of sweet and sour, I would rather live with this as a dessert than eat cake or something. I wonder if other doburoku tastes like this... I've decided to welcome you back next year. I'll mark my calendar for the schedule,...

Pineapple? Aroma of fruit like pineapple? A little schwarz without alcohol. I would like to drink it at the beginning of the year, so I will discuss with my family if I can arrange for sparkling wine instead of the usual sparkling wine. It was delicious.

I arrived at the nearest one after midnight due to a flurry of work. It was a messy day with no breaks and a lot of things going wrong... I need a sweet sushwashuwa as a reward to heal my heart and get through the hard work that's still to come this week! So I went to the supermarket and convenience store... I found Mio dry at the last FamilyMart and decided to buy it. I had a traumatic experience with the normal type because it was too sweet, but I thought I could go for this one, so I bought it with high hopes. As a result, it had just the right amount of amasyuwa for today's spiky mood. I think it is more sour than Suzune. The accompaniment is camembert cheese. I think it suited me better when I paired it with Kouzenjosui, but that's OK.

The second restaurant we entered had only one type of sake, so we ordered it. I was worried about the name because I had never tried it before, but it was a smooth type with lots of fruity aroma and was delicious. I was a little surprised when I drank it because I didn't recognize it as a shuswawa type from the menu. It seemed to have very little alcohol when I swallowed it. I would like to drink it again at home, savoring it carefully.

I wanted to try heating sake, so I bought a bottle of Niida Zenshuu's Kanatsurae, which was delicious the other day. I've only had heated sake at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), and the smell of alcohol was so strong that I've always been afraid of it, but after today's experience, I think I'll be able to get rid of it. After boiling the sake in hot water and waiting for a while, I could smell the aroma of rice. It is different from the rice flavor of cold sake, and has a strong sweet rice aroma. Is it amazake? The aroma was so warming that I thought it might be amazake. It also has a lot of umami, which makes me think that it is like rice. (I love rice). I wonder if this is what they call "Nama-moto brewing"? Accompaniments were chicken ball soup, vinegared makari, and salted squid. I think the salted squid was the best match for today's lineup. Maybe it was because the sake flavor was strong and the rice flavor was good.... I had no traumatic experience of drinking hot sake. I was happy to be able to drink it in a relaxed atmosphere without the traumatic feeling of alcohol. It doesn't make my stomach cold, and I think I'm going to be addicted to it.

sake made without added alcohol or sugar I am totally addicted to sake... I was in the mood for nigori sake, so I went to Kinokuniya. I chose this one because it was a holiday and I wanted something sweet with a lot of rice flavor. I had a sweet oyster curry, a rice cake, and a sea urchin and soy sauce squid to go with it. The oyster curry went really well with the rice... The curry was surprisingly coconutty, and I was worried that it wouldn't go well with the oyster curry. I was worried about whether it would go well with the curry, but I found it to be very delicious. As someone who likes to learn by drinking various kinds of sake, I appreciate the cup sake. It was full of the sweetness of rice with a slight tangy taste on the tongue. I think it has more of an alcoholic aroma than the Niidashi Zenshu Nigori I had the other day. I think it's similar to Suzune or something in terms of sugar content. It's in a fluffy mood, very nice. (Come to think of it, I really dislike amazake, but nigori sake is good looking... 🤔 why)

It is mild on the palate, but has a refreshing aftertaste without lingering on the palate. Despite its appearance, I thought it was the type that does not interfere with meals and snacks. It went down smoothly, and I felt it was not too alcoholic, but I was surprised to find that it was a solid 15% alcohol. I am glad I tried nigori!

First dinner at home since I started to care about Sake! I tried this one I found at Seiyu. As the name suggests, it really feels like water on the palate, which is a bit strange. The aroma through my nose was not too strong. It's smooth and doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste. It is also a good way to check the aroma... be careful not to drink too much! It can be served next to anything without being obnoxious. Maybe this is the kind of drink for weekdays when I'm alone and in a fluffy mood. I thought that this kind of drink is suitable for a weekday when I'm alone. I thought. I thought it went well with the skin-on sakiika squid from Seiyu. I would like to know more about pairings. PS: I paired it with Camembert cheese and it was really good...

I avoided it because I don't like Mio, but I liked this one. It is sweeter than Tenkaeru. The aroma after putting it in the glass is a little different from that of rice, which bothers me, but I like the taste.
