sake made without added alcohol or sugar
I am totally addicted to sake...
I was in the mood for nigori sake, so I went to Kinokuniya.
I chose this one because it was a holiday and I wanted something sweet with a lot of rice flavor.
I had a sweet oyster curry, a rice cake, and a sea urchin and soy sauce squid to go with it.
The oyster curry went really well with the rice...
The curry was surprisingly coconutty, and I was worried that it wouldn't go well with the oyster curry.
I was worried about whether it would go well with the curry, but I found it to be very delicious.
As someone who likes to learn by drinking various kinds of sake, I appreciate the cup sake.
It was full of the sweetness of rice with a slight tangy taste on the tongue. I think it has more of an alcoholic aroma than the Niidashi Zenshu Nigori I had the other day.
I think it's similar to Suzune or something in terms of sugar content.
It's in a fluffy mood, very nice.
(Come to think of it, I really dislike amazake, but nigori sake is good looking... 🤔 why)
