I finally got to drink Koyuki, which I had been wanting to drink since I had previously had the Taisetsu Nigori sake from the same Izumihashi!
It was fresh and delicious, just like a new sake! I drank both the nigori and the supernatant, and both were delicious, but the nigori was more rounded and tasty.
