It is a rich sake with a strength of 20 degrees Celsius. It is said that you can enjoy various tastes and aromas depending on the temperature, but since it was getting hot, we served it cold.
The alcohol is too strong on its own, so I tried it on the rocks, which was nice and cool, with just the right amount of alcohol.
