I really wanted to visit the sake brewery here since I went to Nara, but I couldn't make it in time for the 5:00 p.m. closing time. I bought it with Kakinoha Sushi at the station and went home! Mild and smooth! It has sweetness and umami of rice, but it doesn't spread so much and disappears gently.

I bought this sake because it was recommended at the Niigata antenna store in KITTE at Osaka Station. The first mouthfeel is full of the sweetness and depth of rice. The taste gradually becomes firm and dry, and then fades away. It was as youthful and powerful as the comment!

100% Tottori sake rice "Goryoku" is used. It has a sake strength of +14, but it is very gentle in spite of that. I had it warmed up, but there is no twang and the sweetness of the rice can be felt. It goes well with grilled dishes.

Can you drink only at Tomoji in front of Hamada Station? This is a rare sake! The sake brewery is Kamerei Shuzo in Higashi-Hiroshima. The owner's wife wrote the words on the label! It is wonderful!
