At Gisuke the 10th in Kinshachi Yokocho, Nagoya Castle I heard that this is a place where you can compare sake at a reasonable price, and where women can easily go. Ordered 3 kinds of sake (Taka ¥560) and some snacks. The third sake of the three-sake comparison Yamazaki sake Yumeginko DREAM on the right side of the photo I chose this sake because I was interested in the original sake, Yume-Ginko! It is fruity with the sweetness of rice. The sweetness is refreshing and doesn't leave any aftertaste! It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it has a pungent taste like brewer's alcohol in the throat, but not so much bitterness. The overall taste is refreshing and clean. The aroma is fresh and fruity. Sweet enough for people who like dry sake Spicy for those who like very sweet It is good for beginners who want to learn to like dry wine. Suitable as an aperitif with Western food and desserts. My favorite of the three. Yume-Ginko DREAM is a new sake that was launched in 2015. Sake Brewer Sold by Yamazaki Limited Partnership Sake Brewer's address: Nishihatamadu-cho, Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan Junmai Ginjo Ingredients: Rice, rice malt (100% Yume-Ginko, all from Aichi Prefecture), water from the Mikane Mountains Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Sake degree ±0 Acidity 1.8 Amino acidity 1.6 Recommended drinking method: Cold

At Gisuke the 10th in Kinshachi Yokocho, Nagoya Castle I heard that this is a place where you can compare sake at a reasonable price, and where women can easily go. Ordered 3 kinds of sake (Taka ¥560) and snacks. The second sake of the 3-drink comparison Kunpeki Special Junmai Sake in the middle of the photo. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a gorgeous aroma like a banana! Little sweetness, but not too much alcohol spiciness. A little sourness and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Richness of rice. Good with rich food such as Gouda cheese Online reviews said it was orthodox light and dry. At Gisuke the 10th in Kinshachi Yokocho, Nagoya Castle I visited Gisuke Jyudaike because I knew it was an easy place for a woman to go alone to compare sake at a reasonable price. Sake, Umeshu (plum wine), beer, etc. were sold in the store. I ordered a sake drink comparison of 3 kinds of sake (Taka ¥560) and some snacks. The first sake of the 3-drink comparison The first one on the left in the photo is "Taikoban Taka" (only available in Yokocho). This sake was made as a limited edition in collaboration with a brewery in Nagoya. The sake with a bitter taste. A refreshing sake that can be drunk quickly and easily. Little rice flavor and sweetness Almost no acidity The unique flavor of sake is the most impressive among the three types. According to the introduction, it is dry. Dry with drinkability Good for salty food and Japanese food Very good with sweet side dishes such as tsukudani Yamamori Sake Brewery Address: Odaka-cho, Midori-ku, Nagoya City Junmai Ginjo Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt Rice polishing ratio Alcohol percentage Sake Degree Acidity

Purchased at a specialty store in the basement of Tokyo Station Soraki = The birth flower of Skytree's opening day. Today, May 22, is the opening day of Sky Tree and my birthday. I chose it for a celebratory drink. It has a soft, sweet aroma unique to rice and a slightly refreshing and gorgeous flavor. The aroma is not too strong for a ginjo sake. Despite the aroma, the taste is so refreshing that you can drink it like water! It is mildly dry with a weak bitterness that lingers for a while. I wondered if brewing alcohol had been added because of the bitterness. I thought it might be brewed alcohol, but it was Junmai Ginjo-shu. There was no sourness at all, just the richness of the rice and a hint of sweetness. The taste was not strong, but light. It does not interfere with food, so it is recommended as a mid-meal sake with strong-flavored food and sashimi. It is not too assertive and would go well with dishes with delicate flavors. According to the website of Shinzawa Brewery, they are striving to create the ultimate dining sake. As the word suggests, it is perfect as a food sake! Perhaps because it is a collaboration product, there was no product name for Kukki on the official website. Recommended drinking method: cold sake Shinzawa Brewery Address: Sambongi-Kitamachi, Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture Junmai Ginjo Ingredients: Rice, rice malt (all domestically produced) Alcohol 16%. Rice polishing ratio 60 Sake Degree Acidity

Purchased at a sake specialty store in Chiba, Japan. 300ml ¥440 It had a beautiful package, so I thought it might be a sweet sake targeted at women. I thought it might be a sweet sake targeting women, but I was right. The aroma is not so strong when the sake is cold, but as it gets closer to room temperature, the gorgeousness of the rice and the aroma has a slight sourness. Fresh and fruity aroma. Cold Sake When chilled to sake cup, it is not so acidic, but has a strong sugary sweetness that stands out. Juicy, fruity and refreshing acidity. When served chilled in a room temperature sake cup, the sweetness and strong acidity are impressive. When served cold, the aftertaste is quite refreshing and does not linger in the mouth, making it very easy to drink. As it approaches room temperature, the sweetness settles down as the strong acidity and firm aftertaste reminiscent of citrus fruits change. Overall, the strong sweetness, strong acidity, and refreshing aftertaste are interesting and tasty, and change dramatically depending on the temperature. We recommend pairing it with chocolate. The acidity is perfect without interfering with the aroma of the chocolate. It is said to go well with ethnic foods as well. Asahi Sake Brewery Address: Asahi, Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture Junmai Sake Ingredients: Rice, rice malt (all from Niigata Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol percentage 10%. Sake degree -38 Acidity 2.3 Mature, with a large sweet taste Official recommendation: Cold or room temperature

At Nakameguro Japanese Izakaya Kiguchiya, Tokyo It is sake, but the acidity is like white wine! I am not good at wine, but I could drink it right away with a strange sensation. It has freshness, umami, and richness. The acidity is not sour, but it helps to refresh the palate. It is a Japanese sake, but it has a strange taste that is somewhat westernized. Apero S, which I had tasted before, tasted like wine, but Eclu was sweeter and more refreshing than that. It was very tasty with a refreshing aftertaste! Shinmasa Sake Brewery Address: Omachi, Akita City, Akita Prefecture Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt Rice malt 55% polished rice, Kake rice 65% polished rice (all from Akita Akita Sake Komachi) Alcohol percentage: 13% (undiluted) Yeast used: Kyokai No. 6 Fermentation vessel: Wooden barrels No. 14 and 15 Company head: Mr. Makoto Uematsu Sake Degree Acidity Polishing using flat polished rice Recommended drinking: Cold sake

100ml mini bottle of the drinking set Yonetsuru Junmai-shu An-date Cold sake -> served cold. Cold sake: Less bitter and alcoholic than the last stolen ginjo we drank, it was easy to drink. Slightly fruity and slightly sweet. It had a slightly dry taste. Chilled: The aroma is more refreshing than the cold sake. Easier to drink than cold sake. This mini-bottle is 100ml, so it was great for heating up small amounts. It is thin, so it warms up quickly and is ready to drink. The bottle can be used as a container for heating sake by removing the label.

This is one of the five bottles in the set I bought at Loft. Challenging the Ginjo style, which I am not very good at. The color was a light amber, like dashi. I avoided the ginjo type because I had an image of it being spicy and alcoholic, but it was easier to drink than I thought. It was gentle on the palate, with a slightly viscous and slippery feel, and the strong aroma of rice softened the brewing alcohol feeling. However, the aftertaste was still a bit bitter with a hint of alcohol. I thought it was an easy ginjo-shu for those who like pure rice or sweet sake. It's not strong, but it has a strong sweetness, and thanks to the viscosity, the taste lingers, making it a good snack. The aroma is refreshing, with a hint of fruity notes. It went very well with ginger and other spice-based snacks. Recommended as a food wine for salty foods. I bought a lot of alcohol at a liquor store and I'm getting carried away, so I want to open one bottle at a time in the future and post them all. Looking forward to it. Details Yonetsuru Sake Brewery Co. I bought it at the supermarket because of the freshness of the package. The smell is refreshing. When I took a sip, I was surprised that it was sweeter than I imagined. I looked it up and found it had a sake content of -70. I was surprised to find a pure rice wine that was so easy to drink. It didn't taste like kiwi, but it had a sweetness that wasn't overpowering, and it didn't have a strong alcohol taste, so I could drink it very easily. The taste of the rice is not strong, and it is smooth, so I recommend it as an aperitif or dessert sake. The sweetness is not overpowering like sugar, nor does it have the rich sweetness of rice, but is more like a fruit. It's not exactly sake! But it is very easy to drink, and the alcohol content is low. But it is very easy to drink, and the alcohol content is low, so I felt that it is recommended for women. It doesn't have much flavor, so it's good to drink while eating ice cream. I don't think it goes well with oily food, fish, or other meals. Details Shirataki Sake Brewery Co. Sake made with wine yeast by a Shizuoka wine-growing specialty store Purchased online at Vinos Yamazaki (180ml/580+TAX) Recommended sake that I drank a year ago but remember vividly! It is characterized by a fruity flavor and sweetness like white wine, while retaining the sweetness and taste characteristic of sake. It's sake, but it tastes like white wine. It's a strange sake, but everything is coherent and complete. It is a sake that is easy to drink, even for those who are not used to sake, and will change your whole concept of sake. It has a moderate and refreshing acidity that makes me want to repeat it, even though I am not a fan of acidity. There is no astringency, and even though the taste is strong, it disappears quickly, so I was able to drink it right away. I would recommend chilling it well and drinking it with cheese. I think you can enjoy the aroma of this wine better in a wine glass. It is said to be made with white wine yeast from Chablis, a famous dry white wine region in Burgundy, France. Art Bar Conflict in Toride City, Ibaraki Prefecture. art space /bar conflictable cube This is a local bar that deals in rare alcoholic beverages, and it was rumored that a limited edition of the drink had just arrived. It has a crisp spiciness and a refreshing aftertaste. I was expecting it to have a strong rice aroma because it was a Junmai Daiginjo, but the sharpness of the aroma and acidity made it seem like it was going to go away quickly. I remember being more surprised by the sharpness than the aroma. One cup was very expensive.... I learned a lot from it, though I won't repeat it because I prefer sweet. I still can't get a sense of the high quality of the dry taste. I thought it would go well with richly flavored, oily, and salty dishes. Details kokuryu shuzo co. I'm not a big fan of drinking outside, so I'm still trying to figure out how to make it taste this good.
