At Gisuke the 10th in Kinshachi Yokocho, Nagoya Castle
I heard that this is a place where you can compare sake at a reasonable price, and where women can easily go.
Ordered 3 kinds of sake (Taka ¥560) and some snacks.
The third sake of the three-sake comparison
Yamazaki sake Yumeginko DREAM on the right side of the photo
I chose this sake because I was interested in the original sake, Yume-Ginko!
It is fruity with the sweetness of rice.
The sweetness is refreshing and doesn't leave any aftertaste!
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it has a pungent taste like brewer's alcohol in the throat, but not so much bitterness.
The overall taste is refreshing and clean.
The aroma is fresh and fruity.
Sweet enough for people who like dry sake
Spicy for those who like very sweet
It is good for beginners who want to learn to like dry wine.
Suitable as an aperitif with Western food and desserts.
My favorite of the three.
Yume-Ginko DREAM is a new sake that was launched in 2015.

Hi takeshon 🌞.
I actually lived in Aichi for a year until last month!
I wanted to visit Yoshidaya once but it didn't happen 😭.
I used to buy sake at Okadaya near Nagoya station ☺️.
