Second generation sushi Katsurada - Ebisu and Daikanyama
A drink I keep coming back to.
It tastes much better when you drink it at a restaurant than at home.
I'm not a big fan of drinking outside, so I'm still trying to figure out how to make it taste this good.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a sweetness that is not too strong, and a strong taste and aroma of rice that is very satisfying, even if only a little.
I enjoyed it with sushi.
Japanese food is the best match.
It is just delicious. This was the first sake I ever tasted, and it's the one that made me fall in love with sake.
