Art Bar Conflict in Toride City, Ibaraki Prefecture. art space /bar conflictable cube
This is a local bar that deals in rare alcoholic beverages, and it was rumored that a limited edition of the drink had just arrived.
It has a crisp spiciness and a refreshing aftertaste. I was expecting it to have a strong rice aroma because it was a Junmai Daiginjo, but the sharpness of the aroma and acidity made it seem like it was going to go away quickly.
I remember being more surprised by the sharpness than the aroma.
One cup was very expensive....
I learned a lot from it, though I won't repeat it because I prefer sweet.
I still can't get a sense of the high quality of the dry taste.
I thought it would go well with richly flavored, oily, and salty dishes.
