This is the Shinkansen on the way back from a business trip to Tokyo. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. It was another sake typical of Miyagi. While light and dry, its depth and subtle bitterness matched the smoked oysters. Thank you for the sake.

Lunch time has long passed. Here's what to pair with the Asakusa Imahan Beef Stack that I bought at Tobu Asakusa Station! Soraki Junmai Ginjo I heard it is called "Utsugi". The relay train that changed trains at Aizu Tajima. Bakkan (Bakkan) at the same time of departure: ❗️ It has an aroma reminiscent of sour apples. It is true that it has a sour apple taste in the mouth. The sweetness is also apple-like. However, the acidity only plays a minor role... The bitterness soon catches up, dominates the palate, and finishes dry. It tastes like a dry cider.

⭐︎ Hi, Chichi. I see that you went to many places again. I also saw this empty tree for the first time. I can't read it! The dry shield looks delicious. I was in Hiroshima to Shimonoseki last week on a business trip 🚄.

For your mountain trip. Since we will be climbing Mt. However, it is a sake from Miyagi Prefecture, which has nothing to do with Mt. It is a collaboration product with Tokyo Skytree, and the flower on the opening day of Skytree is called "Soraki" (空木). It is a fruity and delicious sake. I checked it carefully and found that it is produced by the same brewer as Hakurakusei. No wonder it tastes so good.

Purchased at Tokyo Station. The brewery is Shinzawa Brewery in Osaki, Miyagi Prefecture. I bought it and had it at home. and enjoyed it at home. I found it easy to drink with a moderate aroma. I found it easy to drink. I must have never been to Osaki and I was about to start another delusional trip. I tried to learn the origin of the name "Soraki," etc. I took a closer look at the sake's label. Soraki" is the birth flower of Tokyo Skytree Town on its opening day, May 22. The label explains that "Soraki" is the birth flower of Tokyo Skytree Town on May 22. I realized now that this is so. Utsugi means Tokyo Skytree, and this sake was made with that image in mind. and this sake was made with that image in mind. If that is the case Was it inevitable that I bought it in Tokyo? It's just that I noticed that in the middle of drinking Miyagi Prefecture and Tokyo Sky Tree in my head I got them all mixed up (laughs). In addition to that And then there's the "birth flower" stuff. I felt that this amount was not enough! I felt like this was not enough! I bought this book about 30 years ago. I bought it about 30 years ago. I'm not going to open it today. I drank it all up, thinking of the view of the Sky Tree standing tall. The label is also beautiful with flowers The label is also beautiful with flowers representing the Sky Tree. If you buy it in a rush I found something new...

Today is a travel day for a business trip. In my company, it is treated as a holiday. So...I'm going to drink iron. First, I bought some Miyagi sake at Tokyo station. I started from Tohoku Shinkansen. This sake seems to be inspired by the Sky Tree. You would think it would be sweet, but after the flavor spreads to the palate, there is a spiciness that goes away with a zing. It certainly has a sophisticated feel. It is delicious. Today, I would like to go to a ministry that is hard to get to in the Kansai area for a ride. Stay tuned!

Purchased at a specialty store in the basement of Tokyo Station Soraki = The birth flower of Skytree's opening day. Today, May 22, is the opening day of Sky Tree and my birthday. I chose it for a celebratory drink. It has a soft, sweet aroma unique to rice and a slightly refreshing and gorgeous flavor. The aroma is not too strong for a ginjo sake. Despite the aroma, the taste is so refreshing that you can drink it like water! It is mildly dry with a weak bitterness that lingers for a while. I wondered if brewing alcohol had been added because of the bitterness. I thought it might be brewed alcohol, but it was Junmai Ginjo-shu. There was no sourness at all, just the richness of the rice and a hint of sweetness. The taste was not strong, but light. It does not interfere with food, so it is recommended as a mid-meal sake with strong-flavored food and sashimi. It is not too assertive and would go well with dishes with delicate flavors. According to the website of Shinzawa Brewery, they are striving to create the ultimate dining sake. As the word suggests, it is perfect as a food sake! Perhaps because it is a collaboration product, there was no product name for Kukki on the official website. Recommended drinking method: cold sake Shinzawa Brewery Address: Sambongi-Kitamachi, Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture Junmai Ginjo Ingredients: Rice, rice malt (all domestically produced) Alcohol 16%. Rice polishing ratio 60 Sake Degree Acidity

It is an easy-drinking sake, but it lacks umami, or rather, it is too light, and for me personally, it is not enough.
