Purchased at the Ottersai Store in Ginza
Junmai-Daiginjo 45, Junmai-Daiginjo Craft 45, and Junmai-Daiginjo Polished Niwari-Sabun each purchased in mini bottles
I tried to compare them, but I couldn't tell the difference. (They were all delicious.)
When I drank it at home, I felt it was too spicy, but when I drank it at a sushi restaurant (Polished Nibari Sanbu), it was very sweet and had a rich rice flavor.
(The photo was taken for an Instagram post, so there are some weird effects.
