Sake made with wine yeast by a Shizuoka wine-growing specialty store
Purchased online at Vinos Yamazaki (180ml/580+TAX)
Recommended sake that I drank a year ago but remember vividly!
It is characterized by a fruity flavor and sweetness like white wine, while retaining the sweetness and taste characteristic of sake.
It's sake, but it tastes like white wine. It's a strange sake, but everything is coherent and complete.
It is a sake that is easy to drink, even for those who are not used to sake, and will change your whole concept of sake.
It has a moderate and refreshing acidity that makes me want to repeat it, even though I am not a fan of acidity.
There is no astringency, and even though the taste is strong, it disappears quickly, so I was able to drink it right away.
I would recommend chilling it well and drinking it with cheese.
I think you can enjoy the aroma of this wine better in a wine glass.
It is said to be made with white wine yeast from Chablis, a famous dry white wine region in Burgundy, France.
