I found Kaze no Mori while rummaging in a liquor store.
I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time, so I looked at the sake rice and the number and bought it.
Just before drinking it, I looked at the label and saw that it was dry...
I didn't have an image of Kaze no Mori as dry, but I wondered what it was like.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a loud popping sound.
It has a faint sweet aroma.
The sweetness of the sake comes in a refreshing mouthfeel, followed by a slight tangy taste.
It was a dry and sharp feeling of Kaze-no-mori.
The dryness was not as strong as I expected, but it was definitely drier than other Kaze no Mori I have had 🍶.
