I opened the bottle without waiting for October 1. The strong sweetness spread out, and I could taste a strong sake at 16 degrees, which is a good thing after all the light summer sake I've been drinking lately!
First round of sake tasting set, for the record
Isoboast, stable and only available in Shizuoka? It's a little dry, but delicious. A little dry, but delicious, and goes well with sashimi!
This is the second time for me to stock up on summer sake. This time of year, I tend to choose light and refreshing sake due to its alcohol content. It has a gentler mouthfeel than white wine and a crisp sweetness, combined with 13 degrees Celsius! Delicious. 1650 yen!
The second summer sake, again this year, was consistently delicious. Slightly golden in color, it is like sweet honey. Fruity soft acidity, spreading sweetness and a clean aftertaste. It seems to attract the main family's beetles...
I stocked up on summer sake and had my first drink of Akabu's SEA. It had a sweet mouthfeel and a refreshing aftertaste due in part to its light 13 degrees! It's so smooth and easy to drink!
I had a bottle of Shinsei Suiboku, soft and smooth. It had a slightly astringent taste and aroma, so I guess there are different tastes.
I didn't like it much among the Shinsei.
I saw Senkin at a liquor store I was visiting for the first time and bought it without a second thought. It's been a long time since I've had Senkin, and it's delicious, with an elegant sweetness that spreads across the palate! I personally thought it would go well with sashimi, along with hand-rolled sushi bonito and tuna. If it wasn't raining, under the cherry blossoms...
I bought it without any prior knowledge at a liquor store I stopped by on a whim. It was my first time to drink sake from Toyama, but it gave me an elegant and gorgeous impression. It has a light mouthfeel with a gentle sweetness and a nice lingering aftertaste. A good buy! The price was 2035 yen for a four-pack
I had purchased this Valentine's Day bottle back in January, and it's the first Tazake I've ever had at home! It was refreshing with a gorgeous mouthfeel and a muscat-like flavor. It was delicious! Costa was 1850 yen.
It was the last bottle of Junjo, so I bought it to try it out. The aroma was slightly banana-like. It was a little sweet on the palate. It's light and easy to drink at 13%, and the cost was 2860 yen!
One of the bottles I bought at the beginning of the year, I dared to try a different brand from the usual sweet one. It was slightly dry to crisp! It has a nice, clean aftertaste. It's delicious!
