I bought this as a food sake, Umi-fu-do, which I came across at an izakaya before. It goes well with many sashimi and fish dishes! It has a slightly sour mouthfeel that turns slightly sweet and sharp. The jacket is also good and stands out! I also bought the coaster separately.
