720mlの純米酒をこよなく愛す。普段は富久錦愛飲(直接買いに行くぐらい好き)。基本家飲み。月に多くて４本ほど空ける？２０００円以下で買いたい、その値段で良いものが飲みたい。だが、ワンカップ(男山酒造の旭山動物園バージョン)も好き。過去に獺祭純米大吟醸５０の720mlを一人で一晩で空けた経験あり(アホや)。 とにかく日本酒が好きだ。 新政はあたしの人生に絡まない酒だと思ってる。

New Year's Eve Nouveau, which I buy every year for New Year's Eve. I bought it again this year and opened the bottle immediately. As I wrote last year, it was well chilled and when I opened the bottle, it was sweet again this year, with a bit of spiciness on the back end. As it gets closer to room temperature, the spiciness becomes more noticeable, but it's still delicious. ...... It is indeed a recommended brewery. I always drink this sake for tokoso.

Aya Komachi dry junmai, which I bought at a nearby supermarket. I thought I bought a 720ml bottle before, but this time I bought a 300ml bottle, which I brought with me to my parents' house for a botan-nabe (hot pot) party. This small bottle is better than the last one. It is dry. I saw on YouTube that this brewery has been through a lot, so I hope they will do well.

I bought Eikun at the supermarket today. It has been a long time since I bought Eikun, and it has been a long time since I bought this series. It's your first time, Houou Mita. This time I bought it because I was curious about the label. It's cute 😍. It is nigori, but it is not so dark. I thought it was a bit too much, but it wasn't that bad. I thought so, but it wasn't that bad. The last bottle of Fukyu-Nishiki was more difficult. The aroma...I have a stuffy nose in winter. The acidity is pleasant and the taste is dry. I see they use the water from the Nikko two shrines and one temple, which is something to be thankful for. This is quite delicious 😊I could drink a whole bottle (I refrain from doing so because it would be a waste). I need to start thinking about what sake to take to my parents' house for New Year's. I'm pretty sure my parents have some Otter Otter Polished Nankara at home, I think. Every year.

I bought this 270ml bottle at Aeon today. I opened the bottle immediately. I couldn't smell the aroma because my nose was stuffed up, but I couldn't taste it. I thought it was too strong, but when I warmed it up to lukewarm, it tasted sweeter. It has a strong taste. It tastes good lukewarm.

This is the second new sake I bought this year. Junmai Shiboritate. Opened the bottle immediately. I thought it was sweet, clean and fruity at first sip after chilling it well, but it became spicier after a little while. It's delicious 😊I think it would be sweeter if I drank it with a snack. 17 degrees, it seems to be intoxicating.

I knew there was a new sake festival yesterday, but this year I moved it up a day because every year the cash registers are outrageous. I got two bottles of new sake. I usually don't buy nigori sake (I'm afraid of opening the cork), but this year I kind of did (I checked and I bought it last year). I took my time and opened the bottle safely. I thought the aroma was yogurt-like when I opened it, but I guess I thought so because of the color. It's very effervescent, so it's very shiny and foamy. The taste is crisp and spicy, and I find it easy to drink. I am glad I bought it.

I brought this Tamanomitsu Shiraku because I was invited to a sukiyaki dinner at my parents' house today. When I poured it into a glass, it was very yellow. I heated it up. It was very dry and tasty as a heated sake. It goes well with sukiyaki.

I saw a lottery sale for only 4 bottles at a liquor store that I sometimes mail order from, so I ordered them just in case I didn't get them. Tasake. I was told in a previous comment that I should drink Tasake or Hachisen, both of which are not easy to buy, right? I was a little annoyed, but I thought that since you could leave such a comment, you must be able to buy and drink them easily. ...... I'm still a little bothered, so I won't write about my impressions. I don't think I'll be able to buy Tazake or Hasen next time, so I'm not going to buy them. Sake is a once in a lifetime experience!

I bought this one-cup nigori sake at the drugstore on a whim. I wasn't looking for it because my current order hasn't arrived yet, but it's Junmai, so I went for it. It's sweet and tasty. Not bad. I served it with my favorite snack, chicken skin ponzu. Actually, my stomach has been upset recently. I'd like to think it's because of the medicine I'm taking. If not, it's the cream puffs that are three days past their expiration date.

Good evening, Bon-chan. It's really hard to have an upset stomach, I've had a pustular sore since mid-October and it kept getting better, but it didn't go away. Finally, it seems that one of the menopause medications I'm taking now has a stomach upsetting agent in it, so I replaced it with a new one and now it's gone. I'm not a fan of ooze, but this was great 😊.

I went to the drugstore today and found Kyo Hime. It was a good price at 1,000 yen. I opened the bottle and drank it chilled first. It was fruity, mildly rich, and had a long aftertaste. After that, I warmed it up to lukewarm, which gave it a spiciness that was very nice. It is delicious! The black soy bean edamame is the best snack. Oh, I don't have a day off from drinking!

I went to buy some today and found this sake from Aomori, a new to me sake brewery. It's labeled "Sake Brewery Manryu" limited brew. The pop-up label at the store said it was a medium-bodied sake, but it was more on the dry side, and the alcohol content was 13%, so it was light. It is easy to drink and refreshing. Delicious!

The day before yesterday, I saw Tomikunishiki's regular Harimaji on sale in the bargain corner of the supermarket. The aroma is ...... now I can't tell because my nose is stuffed up, but the taste is dry, the kind that disappears quickly. It's a good taste...I like it.

I bought this at a roadside station in Mure where I stopped during my trip to Takamatsu the day before yesterday and yesterday. It is a limited edition sake made from 100% sake rice called "Akigeshiki. I have a weakness for limited editions, so it was a quick decision. The color is a little yellow, the aroma is slight, and when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and bitterness spread to your palate, followed by a lingering sweetness in the back of your mouth. The bitterness seems to be unique to Akigeshiki sake rice. Delicious 😊. As expected, driving back and forth with my husband and husband's father in the car was tiring~.

Traveled to Takamatsu yesterday and today. I bought a can of Kinryo Junmai Ginjo Sake Setoao Japanese Sake Suizoku at a roadside station. The can was so cute that I couldn't resist. After returning home, I chilled it well before serving. It has a gentle aroma and is gentle on the palate, but has a long aftertaste. It's a bit on the dry side. It is delicious! Last night, I had a bottle of Ishizuchi Oar Shibori at the hotel. I was surprised at the price of 2,300 yen for a single batch (well, I remember all the sake I drank cold was like that), but the taste was a bit worse...maybe. I'm afraid of hotels.

I went to the next city today to buy this taman boast. I had no idea you could buy this in rural Hyogo Prefecture. This is the first sake from Tokyo, I believe. Chilled well...open the bottle. The color is slightly golden yellow, the aroma...I can't really tell because my nose is stuffed up right now...it tastes sweet, but has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink. Very tasty 😊.

I bought a bottle of Senkou on my way home from the Expo today. I bought a bottle of Edogari, a hi-iru (fire-brewed) one. It was juicy and sweet in the first sip, a little tingly, but very easy to drink. I always buy a bag to keep it chilled because it is always refrigerated. I was going to bring it with me this time, but it would have been too much luggage, so I gave up. But I wanted to bring it home in good condition, so I had no choice.

Also bought at the supermarket, this one is Echigo Sakura. Not chilled enough, but I opened the bottle. Not much aroma. It was described as a medium-bodied, slightly light, but I think it is dry. It's also nice, and it will be tasty when it's chilled. Where is the day off drinking?

I found this Kita Akita Hiyoroshi at a supermarket I stopped by on my way home from work. I chilled it, but the time was short, so it was room temperature while I drank it. The aroma has a slight cemedine smell. It is crisp and dry. It leaves a lingering aftertaste, but it's delicious. Bokutte drinking is in progress 🍶.
