720mlの純米酒をこよなく愛す。普段は富久錦愛飲(直接買いに行くぐらい好き)。基本家飲み。月に多くて４本ほど空ける？２０００円以下で買いたい、その値段で良いものが飲みたい。だが、ワンカップ(男山酒造の旭山動物園バージョン)も好き。過去に獺祭純米大吟醸５０の720mlを一人で一晩で空けた経験あり(アホや)。 とにかく日本酒が好きだ。 新政はあたしの人生に絡まない酒だと思ってる。

I bought this at a roadside station in Mure where I stopped during my trip to Takamatsu the day before yesterday and yesterday. It is a limited edition sake made from 100% sake rice called "Akigeshiki. I have a weakness for limited editions, so it was a quick decision. The color is a little yellow, the aroma is slight, and when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and bitterness spread to your palate, followed by a lingering sweetness in the back of your mouth. The bitterness seems to be unique to Akigeshiki sake rice. Delicious 😊.

Traveled to Takamatsu yesterday and today. I bought a can of Kinryo Junmai Ginjo Sake Setoao Japanese Sake Suizoku at a roadside station. The can was so cute that I couldn't resist. After returning home, I chilled it well before serving. It has a gentle aroma and is gentle on the palate, but has a long aftertaste. It's a bit on the dry side. It is delicious! Last night, I had a bottle of Ishizuchi Oar Shibori at the hotel. I was surprised at the price of 2,300 yen for a single batch (well, I remember all the sake I drank cold was like that), but the taste was a bit worse...maybe. I'm afraid of hotels.

I went to the next city today to buy this taman boast. I had no idea you could buy this in rural Hyogo Prefecture. This is the first sake from Tokyo, I believe. Chilled well...open the bottle. The color is slightly golden yellow, the aroma...I can't really tell because my nose is stuffed up right now...it tastes sweet, but has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink. Very tasty 😊.

I bought a bottle of Senkou on my way home from the Expo today. I bought a bottle of Edogari, a hi-iru (fire-brewed) one. It was juicy and sweet in the first sip, a little tingly, but very easy to drink. I always buy a bag to keep it chilled because it is always refrigerated. I was going to bring it with me this time, but it would have been too much luggage, so I gave up. But I wanted to bring it home in good condition, so I had no choice.

Also bought at the supermarket, this one is Echigo Sakura. Not chilled enough, but I opened the bottle. Not much aroma. It was described as a medium-bodied, slightly light, but I think it is dry. It's also nice, and it will be tasty when it's chilled. Where is the day off drinking?

I found this Kita Akita Hiyoroshi at a supermarket I stopped by on my way home from work. I chilled it, but the time was short, so it was room temperature while I drank it. The aroma has a slight cemedine smell. It is crisp and dry. It leaves a lingering aftertaste, but it's delicious. Bokutte drinking is in progress 🍶.

It was on sale today and I went to buy it since I was there at the brewery. Last year's was delicious, so I decided to get this year's as well. This year's is almost clear in color and tastes dry. It smells like cemedine. I think last year's sake was better than this year's. I think I need to warm it up to lukewarm (they recommend warming it up or keeping it at room temperature). I've been sober for a week, so it's sinking in.

I bought a bottle at the supermarket on my way home. My husband was away at a drinking party, so I bought it with the intention of drinking it lazily. Slightly dry, well chilled so it goes down your throat nicely. Delicious 😋. I plan to buy a new bottle of sake next weekend, so I only drank 300ml today.

I went to buy sake directly from the brewery, using the excuse that it was the Bon Festival. It takes less than an hour to go one way. I had seen +17 at a sake store and was curious about it. The label was blue and fresh. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was fruity, with a slight smell of cemedine. There is an air bubble at the bottom rim of the glass. The color is slightly yellowish. The taste is fruity, then spicy, and lingers for a long time. But I don't think it is as spicy as it is described as "super spicy", though it is delicious. It has been a long time since I have had Okutanba, but I would like to buy this again.

I went to buy it today and was torn between Gobashi Tolatan, Okutanba and this one. I opened the bottle and took a sip. The sweetness spread to the palate rather than the spiciness, and the carbonation made it fresher. The spiciness definitely comes out on the back end. It's good, good, good. It is very good because of the cool weather.

I went to the Ajimu no Sato roadside station today and was looking for something to buy when I noticed that Tanzan Shuzo was still there (it seems like he is there every time I go there). It was dry and priced at 1100 yen without tax. It was a pale yellow color and had a clear cemedine smell. It is as spicy as the label "dry" suggests. I want to drink it with ice.

I bought a cup of Seven Crown Horse Sake today at Kusefuku in the Aeon Mall ☕︎ well chilled. It's slowly spicy when I take a sip. It leaves a lingering aftertaste. But it's been a long time since I've had it, so it's delicious. The wind is cool and it's a good temperature for a solitary evening drink. I'm happy 😀. I died in the second half of July from Corona, so I'm chewing up the moment. We don't have air conditioning in the house, so I'm drinking in a sweat.

It's time for this year's "Galaxy label" again. Junsei Aizan Namaishimo Junmai Ginjo Oragami Galaxy label. If you go to buy it in person, it will be sold out by reservation, so don't miss out on pre-ordering it. When you open the bottle, you will hear the sound of acidity. When you pour it into a glass, air bubbles form around the rim. It is dry and has a spiciness that lingers. It was delicious this year, too!

I finally pickled some ume wine today. I was going to go pick plums again this year, but I couldn't because they said they sprayed herbicide under the trees, so I bought some. I always use the amount of glacial sugar between the basic form of Tomikyushiki-san's recipe and the crisp one. I will keep it until six months from now.

On Friday, I bought it at Yamanaka Sake store I passed by in Osaka station on my way back from the Expo. I wanted to drink it, Kabutomushi. Chilled and opened the bottle. The sourness spreads on the palate without sweetness. It is fruity, but I think it is grapefruit-like. The fact that it is not sweet is good for hot weather, this is good 😊.

I bought this new green Harimaji today while I went to buy some raw sake for Umeshu (plum wine). Pale yellow in color, it has a strong taste in the mouth but does not stay in the mouth. Slightly dry. Easy to drink and good.

I found this mizu-hashiroshi brewed kamitaka at the supermarket I went to yesterday. When I poured it into a cup, it had a very golden color. When I chilled it and drank it, I was surprised at how strong it was. It can also be warmed up to lukewarm, so I put it in the microwave and took a sip. It's very drinkable and delicious. It's similar to the Kenrishi Nada Gogo that I drank a long time ago. It was golden in color and had a stronger taste than this one, and I think it was aged for a few years...
