In Kanazawa. I drank Kaga-Tobi the other day. I don't know how well it was preserved since it wasn't at an izakaya, but it was delicious. Tengu Mai is a little bit strong, maybe because of Yamahai. It is not bad. There is a young guy in front of me looking at me. Sorry, I'm just relaxing with sake. The traffic jam on the Hokuriku Expressway was really bad. We were 2 hours over schedule.

うやI stopped by the supermarket on my way home from work and bought a local junmai ginjo nama-zake for the first time in a while. For some reason, I rarely buy local sake because I don't like it, but it's very spicy. I thought local sake was sweet, but.... Not bad.

うやI've always looked at Funakuchi and wondered about it. I'm sensitive to brewer's alcohol... but I guess I can drink it just fine. It's 19 degrees... I'll put ice in it. Oh, it might be easier to drink with ice. I'll drink it with some black edamame beans 🍶.

うやI bought this Junmai Hiyoroshi by Meijo Shuzo at the supermarket. I bought it because it was labeled as a rich, slightly dry, lukewarm sake. It's very dry. I want to drink it slowly.

うやI bought it because it was on sale at the supermarket. I drank it cold before having it lukewarm and thought it was sweet in the mouth. I drank it lukewarm and it was spicy and delicious. It suddenly got cold, so I heated it up without thinking, but it warmed me up. It's a great relief.

うやI bought a bottle at a drugstore I stopped by on my way home from a car inspection. The price was about 800 yen, and it was discounted. It is described as "rich and slightly dry"...it sure is hot. I drink it on the rocks, but I think it's too strong. The alcohol content is 14%, so it's not high, but it's nice.

うやI got the name wrong again, so I'll put it back up this time (too blurry). I went out today and found this Hyakuninichi-shu by Kamosho Sake Brewery at a roadside station. Yamana Sake Brewery also had it, but it was sold at a place where it was not refrigerated, so I wondered what it was. I thought to myself, "What the heck is this? This sake is made by one person in a small sake brewery. The rice is made from Koshihikari rice grown in the Kamosho area. I thought it was sweet at first sip, but it was not so. After a while, it became spicy. I feel like I'm going to get drunk. It is delicious!

うやI bought an instrument Masamune that I had wanted to try. Jun Yuzu. It's mildly sweet, a little sour, but easy to drink. I'm really not feeling well, but just a little bit. If I feel well, it will be gone soon. Oh, I made a mistake again.

うやI bought this cat from Cardi's in Aeon, the sake brewery. Did I buy it last year? I don't remember. It's a 300ml Junmai Ginjo. It's sweet. I bought some thin bread with a hot sauce flavor for snacks, so I bought the spicier one, but wow! Cold sake is good.

うやI bought this yesterday at a JA produce stand near my husband's parents' house. It was the first time for me to buy it. I really went to buy Naekaya, but they didn't have it. They were selling it because the rice used is Yamada Nishiki from Sanda City. I thought it was spicy at first sip, but later changed to sweet. Delicious 😋.

うやA dog that sells sake and a cat that makes sake, which I got for 500 yen (excluding shipping) as part of Kurando's 50,000 LINE registrations campaign. I heard they use a sake rice called Koshiibuki, which is a first for me. It is said to be light and sweet. It is indeed refreshingly sweet. It is easy to drink. It's hot, so I'll drink it on the rocks. It's a leisurely, solitary drink.

うやThe second bottle of Junmai sake from Tongjun Shuzo, called Relaxed, Nombiri, Marui Jikan. I bought it because the shipping cost was surprisingly low. I have had Hotarumaru, Semi, and Soinier, but this is the first time for me. The label is cute. Like the sake from the day before yesterday, this sake is also on the dry side, but it has a long lingering aftertaste. It's a good sake to enjoy in a relaxed and leisurely manner. It is delicious. ☺️ I have another bottle coming tomorrow from Mr. Krand...what should I do, I can't fit it in the fridge.

うやI bought it because it is called "Tongjun Bridge National Treasure Report Commemorative Label". It is 300ml. It arrived just now, and I couldn't wait for it to cool down, so I kept it at room temperature. It is a dry sake with a disappearing aftertaste. Easy to drink. I can't wait to see how it will be when it is chilled. I bought another bottle, so I'll get it another time.

pyonpyonGood evening Uya-sama 🌙😃❗That's a rare looking drink ❗I haven't seen many ‼️ ✨What did you serve it with? I'm curious 😋.

うやGood evening, Mr. pyonpyon! It's rare, or maybe only sold now. I bought it because the brewer declared that he would sell it! I bought it because the sake brewer declared that he would sell it. I'm not picky about snacks, so I was eating frozen Kurobuta Yaki-sai.

うやIt's that time of year again... ♪ Galaxy label...I really like the label. Open it up and pour it...it's lightly cloudy. The aroma is fruity but the taste is spicy. It's nice. I'm glad I was able to buy it safely again this year, but it hurts that the shipping cost went up.

うやTomikunishiki's test brew, Natsu-Tsubaki, arrived yesterday. Every year at this time, a test brew is released. This year it is Natsu-Tsubaki. It is made with a single-stage brewing process and has an alcohol content of 8%. The label said it might be fizzy, but it was not. It has a lactic fermentation-like aroma and a slight sourness. When I put it in my mouth, I thought it was not sweet, but as it got lukewarm, sweetness appeared in the aftertaste. Very light. I like the label.

うやI found this Senpuku Junmai Namaisake (freshly brewed and stored sake) at a Shikoku-Chugoku product exhibition at a supermarket near my house today. I bought it at the supermarket thinking, "It's raw, but I wonder if it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I bought it at the supermarket. It has a strong rice flavor. The alcohol content is 14.5 degrees. The aftertaste is long. The sweetness remains.

うやI found this sake soda at the supermarket on my way home from work today. It's not sweet, just like the phrase "not sweet for adults". It does have a sourness...other than the carbonation. It's not bad. It's light and light because of the 7% alcohol content.

うやThis is my first purchase of sake from a sake brewery. I noticed this sake brewery when I was driving to Fukyu-Nishiki at the end of last year and was curious about it. I was going to buy it in person today, but right before I went there, I checked again and found out that the brewery is closed on weekdays only. I had checked to see if they were only open on weekdays, so I was hoping today would be the day, but I was shocked 😨. I was shocked 😨 I don't have Facebook or Instagram, so I rely on their website, but I didn't have that kind of information 😭. I had no choice but to go to a liquor store near that brewery and they were selling it so I bought it. There was also a sake called "Kue", but I had a gut feeling that this one was better. I bought it on a hunch that it would be better. Pale yellow in color, the taste is a bit lingering, but it tastes like you're drinking it! I like it. I like this kind of sake.

うやI was browsing the sake section of a supermarket and found this Shichiken. I bought it for a little over 1,000 yen including tax. The specs are dry with a gorgeous aroma. I didn't have time to chill it, so it was almost room temperature, It is easy to drink and the rice flavor is delicious. This is my first sake from Yamanashi. ☺️
