The new ZAKU sake for December 2021 was half price. The word "half price" is weak💦. Slightly pale yellow in color. When you put your face close to the glass, you can softly smell the sweet aroma of daiginjo. It is fresh and sweet on the palate, but it spreads quickly in the mouth and disappears quickly. Even my wife, who is not a fan of sake, enjoyed it.

Purchased at a supermarket for less than 1000 yen at a big discount. It is refreshingly dry. I thought it was sweet at first sip, but after a few sips it is spicy. I will pair it with the sashimi I bought at a bargain price.

Sekiya Jozo is the pride of Aichi Prefecture. Refreshing mouthfeel and robust flavor unique to junmai sake. The balance of sweetness and refreshing taste. The aftertaste is clean and fades away without any complaints. If you can drink this for 1,300 yen, there is nothing to complain about.

"Wine?" Sake! I was attracted by the tags "Wine? So I bought some. The aroma was sweet, but it still smelled like sake. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness rises quickly and you can feel the sweetness behind it. When the sourness disappears, there is a lingering aroma of rice. If you want to drink sake, this is an interesting drink. My wife said she could drink this too. It would go well with pizza.

This Junmai-shu is made from 100% Yume-Ginka rice. It has a spicy taste for a sake degree of +3. I drank it cold because I wanted to drink it quickly, but it smells better when it's lukewarm. I'll try it next time. Great with the salted fish I bought with it😄.
