Clean and crisp. No aftertaste. It looks good.
Gives a young impression.
It goes well with dishes, but is not the star of the show.
It is a local sake from Shinshu. It has a strong alcohol content, not much aroma, a clean aftertaste, and a spirit that absolutely does not get in the way of the food.
Paired with the miso pizza, it was absolutely delicious.
