I usually drink junmai daiginjo, but this might be better as junmai ginjo. I think it goes well with food. This is delicious. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

New Sake Brewery Opening A dry feeling that smells softly. This, must be spicy!　The aroma made us think, "This must be spicy! On the palate, it is sweet. Ummmmm ✨ I had it with grilled sweetfish. Personally, I think dry sake goes well with light fish. The proprietress recommended the junmai ginjo, which I had with pork shabu-shabu. Umahumahumahumahumah ✨ It was so refreshingly dry. It was easy to drink, so I drank more sake than yesterday. It went well with fish, tofu, and wild vegetable tempura. It has no alcoholic taste and is easy to drink. It was a great combination of good sake and good food!

Aroma is almost non-existent. There is no color, and the wine is clear and colorless. The mouthfeel is sharp and then quickly fades away. Compared to other brands, it leaves an aftertaste of umami. I like it because it has a sweet taste. After debating between this brand and Nanasho, we had sashimi, tempura, and Shinshu beef for the rest of the meal, so we had to have another glass of this more assertive brand. I felt like I was drinking sake!　I was getting very drunk.

Moist alcohol smell. It also smells sour. When I turned it around and let it air out, the sour-like smell became stronger. Lemon? Grapefruit? Weak, but I think citrusy. After the daiginjo sweetness comes, followed by the curdling sensation of brewing alcohol, the aftertaste remains sweet. The sweetness is slightly melon-like. Slightly melon-like. The bottle is pink and cute🌸. I think they made the bottle that way because the alcohol itself was colorless. Cute 🌸 This is one of the memorable bottles from my trip to Aizuwakamatsu.

Sweet! I thought it would be raw because it's a draft sake, but it's not, and it's easy to drink. The mouthfeel is tangy and spicy. It goes down the throat with a caress, but it is so sweet and sugary that I don't mind. It has the sweetness and elegance of a Junmai Daiginjo.

It is refreshing and light. It seems to be a local sake from Shinshu. Personally, I don't think it tastes like much 🍶. The smell of alcohol is a bit strong. It smells a little fishy. It feels raw. It doesn't taste very good. Maybe because I drink it with Sharaku. It has a sweet taste. The aftertaste is sweet and fluffy. You can feel the sugar.
