It is refreshing and light.
It seems to be a local sake from Shinshu.
Personally, I don't think it tastes like much 🍶.
The smell of alcohol is a bit strong. It smells a little fishy. It feels raw.
It doesn't taste very good. Maybe because I drink it with Sharaku. It has a sweet taste. The aftertaste is sweet and fluffy. You can feel the sugar.
