Just opened.
When I uncorked the bottle, the sweet aroma was irresistible!
It was a good smell that heightened our expectations.
A slightly sour aroma? It is a bit sour. I don't think I like this very much. Maybe I'll get out of it tomorrow?
It is sweet, but thick. It is sticky and thick. Is it because it's a pure sake? I feel the aftertaste is a little bit dry. It is not refreshing.
It is a little tangy. Probably because it was just opened. I have a feeling that it would taste better if I let it sit for a few days.... This is what I'm going to have for the three-day weekend!
I'm not a fan of nama-shu, so I wasn't sure if I'd like this one, but since it's a popular brand, I decided to give it a try.

I've been in a mess lately and haven't had time to buy sake, so there's been a gap. But I'm seriously going crazy, so I decided to start drinking again. I wonder if it will help relieve stress!
