Just opened.
The aroma is a little sour.
It is sweet.
It seemed young. (*Personal opinion).
A punch of alcohol. It took effort to swallow. I don't think it is easy to drink. It is not easy to drink, but it feels like alcohol.
It tasted rounder than the last Tazake we had. I think it may be because it is junmai ginjo.
I wonder if the taste will change after a little time. I expect I will like it better, so I am looking forward to it.
