This was my first encounter with Masumi😍It smells like muscat and melon and is a deliciously sweet and juicy sake with a petit flavor, but not too sweet and very elegant. It is a very elegant sake that is not too sweet. 🚗I bought it at the brewery on my way back from Kamikochi last May 😊I was afraid to open the bottle at first because I was afraid it would spew, but I have yet to repeat without spewing lol 😁It has opened smoothly without spewing out of control, probably because it was stored at 0°C 💓 I am always thrilled. It is easy to drink with aroma like muscat 🍶, but be careful not to drink too much because it makes you dizzy if you drink too much lol 😅It is not only sweet but also sparkling with bitter and delicious taste, it is perfect for the holiday season, sunny days and other festive occasions👍It is also good to drink on hot days😍I think it has the best cost performance I think it's a great cosmetic 👍 The photo 📷 is one I bought at the brewery last year. Store where purchased I couldn't find it at the Saku-no-Hana Sake Brewery store, so I bought it at a nearby store. We bought it at the nearby Sakeho-Shimizuya Sakuhira store ☺️ which has a large selection of Nagano's local sake and a very nice atmosphere 💕We hope to go there again 🥰. I bought it with sake when I visited the brewery 🍶. I don't know about the original sake as this was my first time to Izutsucho, but the first thing I noticed was a very pretty strawberry color from the amazake lees mixed with the pink 🩷 of the pickled plums. The flavor has a mild topping aroma and a slightly stronger sourness from the pickled plums. I expected it to be a bit sweeter since it is an amazake, but it is quite sour and refreshing in the hot summer months, and it also increases one's appetite as an aperitif 😆.
