The aroma is gorgeous and fluffy. It has sweetness of the rice and at the same time it has a delicious "miscellaneous taste". It's rough, but has a mildness to it. Suki!
What... it's delicious... the second day, I can taste the flavor of the rice, the sweetness of the rice, and it's fruity... how? We're trying to build a fire...
The liquor store owner told me that Miyamanishiki tends to be neat and tidy. I wondered if he didn't like it very much.
The aroma was fluffy and sweet. It had a refreshing, cool taste. It wasn't quite my favorite, but it had a summery feel to it, so it was lovely!
It has a lightly sweet aroma.
It's fruity and I never get tired of drinking it. The aftertaste remains strong, but it is fresh without any bad taste. Suki!
Rich aroma like a ripe banana. It has a soft sweetness that spreads. It has a pleasant aftertaste that I love! As the day progresses, the aroma becomes milder and a bit spikier.
The aroma is thick and reserved, and the taste is rich and smooth. The taste is rich and smooth.
It goes well with meals. Summer sake! I'd like to drink it warmed up, too. (But I'll probably finish it before I do.)

Yamada Nishiki. Contract cultivation in Hyogo Prefecture (100% used). When you drink it straight, the sweetness comes first, then it's thick and strong. When you drink it on the rocks, it becomes well-balanced and very pleasant to drink. It's called "ice wine (Rockzake)", so it has to be drunk on the rocks to get the right balance. It's so well thought out and structured, it's amazing.
