The hottest rare sake! Fresh, sweet and firm. It has a slight effervescence that makes it easy to drink, and I like the mildness. It's made with MISHOP No.1 yeast, so I thought it would have a more old-fashioned sake flavor, but it doesn't. It's not like that at all.

The stable and reliable Mutsu Hassen. It's very drinkable, but also fruity. I drank it slowly over a few days, and it was fun to see how the flavor gradually changed. I liked it no matter when I drank it.

Excited for New Year's Eve! It's true that it's a SAKE with a strong wine taste...tastes are quite different. I'd be tempted to drink one or the other then! White wine or sake? I really like the design. The label and cap are both cute.

They say it's a limited edition and I bought it as recommended by my usual liquor store. It's a bit expensive for me. This is...! It's beautiful, but it has a strong raw taste. The mouthfeel is clean, but the aftertaste is delicious, with a delicious flavor that spreads out softly, but it's worth drinking.

The sake of the sake brewery and Yokoyama brewery in Iki Island. It seems to be the sake which was born after 30 years on Iki Island. The scent is lush and gorgeous. Extremely fruity! I like it, but my husband says it doesn't have to be this fruity, and well, I can understand that feeling! It's not quite as drinkable as it should be. Wine glasses are recommended, so I'll try that as well.

It has almost no scent, and the mouth is clean. The aftertaste is delicious rice. It seems to go with any kind of food. I think it is not as fluffy as "Haneya". Is it because it's a hiyaoroshi?

Unusual aroma...not banana, but sweet and dry. Gulpable but sweet and mellow. After the sweetness, a complex flavor leaves the nose. It has a rich aftertaste. It's heavy, but I like it!
