It is a food sake that goes well with Japanese food.
Immediately after opening the bottle, the alcohol seems to be a little strong. As time goes by, the whole body becomes mellower and the umami of the rice seems to come out, and I prefer it about 3 days after the bottle is opened. I preferred it about 3 days after opening the bottle.
The soft mouthfeel is also good.
