Opened a bottle of Senkou Kabutomushi, also known as "Adult Lemon Squash" 😍.
Excited to hear that the flavor has evolved even more than last year 😆.
The sweet and sour taste is still there! Clear flavor that seems to mirror the clarity of the bottle. The light and refreshing aftertaste is perfect for summer.
However, I wonder if it's my imagination that I feel like it didn't have the lemon squash feeling that I had last year 🤔.

SENKYO Hello World is a sake produced in collaboration with the sake brewery SENKYO and the sake-loving store SAKELABO TOKYO.
This is the third Hello World!
The first volume was delicious with the freshness of direct pumping. This time, after direct pumping, the sake is stored in a refrigerator for a short period of time to add sweetness and roundness, further enhancing its taste.
It was easy to drink with meals and did not get tired of the taste!
