Wa-etsu" means, as the label says, to be at peace, to be pleased.
That is exactly the feeling I got when I drank it🥰.
A perfect balance of fresh sweetness reminiscent of pears and citrus freshness!

Haru no Kaorufu has a soft taste with a gentle sweetness and a slight bitterness and a clean aftertaste ✨.
The change in taste is enjoyable 🥰.
Opened a bottle of Senkou Kabutomushi, also known as "Adult Lemon Squash" 😍.
Excited to hear that the flavor has evolved even more than last year 😆.
The sweet and sour taste is still there! Clear flavor that seems to mirror the clarity of the bottle. The light and refreshing aftertaste is perfect for summer.
However, I wonder if it's my imagination that I feel like it didn't have the lemon squash feeling that I had last year 🤔.
Still, it was a delicious summer sake as always 🍋.
SENKYO Hello World is a sake produced in collaboration with the sake brewery SENKYO and the sake-loving store SAKELABO TOKYO.
This is the third Hello World!
The first volume was delicious with the freshness of direct pumping. This time, after direct pumping, the sake is stored in a refrigerator for a short period of time to add sweetness and roundness, further enhancing its taste.
It was easy to drink with meals and did not get tired of the taste!
This sake is brewed to resemble the 🍒 flavor of black cherries.
The sweetness that fills the mouth is immediately followed by a concentrated acidity!
The reproduction is amazing😍The taste is addictive and you will find yourself emptying your glass 😂.

Sake made from Yamagata rice, brewed in Akita.
This sake is also made with yeast No. 6.
It has a sourness that only No. 6 yeast can give, yet it is mild and addictive to drink. I had another one 🤭.
One of the best tastes of Takachiyo😍.
It has a fizzy feeling like a Ramune! It's not too sweet and I was guzzling it down and before I knew it, it was gone!
The hops aroma is muscat-like 🍇 with a firm acidity as well!
Kosake is the new name for craft saké. Kosake is a new name for craft saké!
Interesting sake!
100% Misato Nishiki is used. This is a high-end sake sold by Niimasa exclusively in Akita.
The fruity character of Shinsei is mild, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity😍.

Isohajime, which I was not fond of after drinking the honjozo before.
This time, it seemed to be a different type, so I tried it.
It has an elegant aroma and a mild rice flavor. I prefer it to the honjozo!

Perhaps because it has been some time since the bottle was opened, you can't feel much fizz. The refreshing acidity and soft sweetness are felt like ripples.
