We toasted to the successful completion of our work with a special sake 🥂. I thought it was perfectly chilled, but it took me about 10 minutes to open it💦. It was sweeter than the last batch I drank and before I knew it, it was empty 🤣. I'm going to drink a lot of sake during the New Year's holidays 😍.

This sake is commonly called "Gin Kame" (silver turtle). The first sake you drink in a Shinshu Kamerei sake cup must be Shinshu Kamerei 🤭. The aroma is gorgeous from the moment you pour a generous amount into the large cup! I was convinced that this was my favorite flavor, and when I put it in my mouth, it was very juicy! It's like a pineapple 🍍! As the temperature rises, the sweetness, rice flavor and richness increases and it tastes great again 🤤. I prefer it fresh on the palate, but I'm looking forward to seeing it change again in the future: ❤️

Photo right. Sogapere Ephis Riasake Naturel Tako Rice, a Japanese sake brewed by Obuse Winery. This sake is made only during the winter months when extreme cold and snow prevent work in the vineyards. Very rare! Fruity sweetness and pleasant acidity. A sake to be enjoyed in a glass of wine.

Opened a bottle of Senkou Kabutomushi, also known as "Adult Lemon Squash" 😍. Excited to hear that the flavor has evolved even more than last year 😆. The sweet and sour taste is still there! Clear flavor that seems to mirror the clarity of the bottle. The light and refreshing aftertaste is perfect for summer. However, I wonder if it's my imagination that I feel like it didn't have the lemon squash feeling that I had last year 🤔. Still, it was a delicious summer sake as always 🍋.

SENKYO Hello World is a sake produced in collaboration with the sake brewery SENKYO and the sake-loving store SAKELABO TOKYO. This is the third Hello World! The first volume was delicious with the freshness of direct pumping. This time, after direct pumping, the sake is stored in a refrigerator for a short period of time to add sweetness and roundness, further enhancing its taste. It was easy to drink with meals and did not get tired of the taste!
