There is a Lawson in the Hotel Urashima, where it is sold in a refrigerator. There is also a room temperature version. I bought it from the refrigerator. Bokido is the hotel's main hot spring, so it is probably a private brand. Ordering a kaiseki course at Sangamikan... The menu listed it as medium spicy, but it was quite spicy! It is quite a punch, but it goes well with the kaiseki menu here.

I bought it for the first time at an old (supposedly) sake shop that is a member of the Japan Famous Sake Association. It was displayed at room temperature in the storefront, and after returning home, I lightly chilled it in the refrigerator for about two hours before opening the bottle. It was delicious. The moment I drank it, the umami flavor was in full swing. It is not sweet, but it has a moderate sweetness and a dry mouthfeel. The label says something about the passage of time and fresh muscats, so it is wine-conscious. I don't know if I will be able to drink it again, but it was a good sake.

Fresh acidity and ginjo aroma. Sake flavor is refreshing in the mouth. The sense of umami continues until the end. The rice used for the rice is "Saga no Hana".
