zzz...The Tokyu Store in my neighborhood has been remodeled and now carries many chilled Japanese sake products. Here is one from that section.
In a previous post, I wrote about the relationship between nigori sake and amazake, and this one is sweet and rather similar to amazake.
I am impressed that there is such a thing.

zzz...Purchased nigori sake at the brewery, which is apparently only available at the brewery. The building is a wonderful registered tangible cultural property located at Kinomotojuku on the old Hokuriku Expressway.
The nigori rice flavor and umami can be felt very well.
It is not that this sake is bad at all, but when I drink nigori sake, I have a tendency to expect it to taste like amazake in my mind, and I want to do something about the gap I feel when I drink it.
