The rice is Aizan, which is grown only in one area of Tokushima. They only supply that rice to Kangiku and Miyazumi. This sake is only distributed to certain liquor stores. It has a soft and smooth taste. There is lees. It is very tasty, refreshing, and delicious.
The exceptional taste is apparent the moment you put it in your mouth. It is numbered 578 out of 1940 bottles.
When you put it in your mouth, your tongue feels coated with the sake.
Sake made with double the amount of koji rice. The toji took on the challenge of making this sake. It is more mellow than the usual Te to Te. It has an impression of acidity, and the aftertaste cuts through easily.
Drinking at home. Refreshing ginjo aroma and clean acidity. It has a light and fluffy feeling with the umami of the rice. Compared to Omachi, it has a lighter impression.
