Special Junmai Hiyoroshi It's not like hiyaoroshi, but has a strong taste! I bought this sake at a sake shop I stopped by after sightseeing! I bought it at a liquor store I stopped by after sightseeing, but other sake seemed to taste better!

Yamekoto Hajime #3-2 11 degrees, Gin no Sato Contemporary Trial Sake #3-2 Nice to meet you! When it's hot and dull, 11 degrees is easy to drink, but with a strong umami flavor.

Junmai Ginjo Sei with a strong rice flavor. 1 bottle is too cheap at about 2200 yen. I went to buy another bottle of INDIGO Sacred, but it was sold out, so I bought this one that was in stock. I don't know what kind of spirit they had in mind when they called it a trial, but it's delicious!

Shiboritate Kiyohiraki Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake I think I got this sake in winter, but I made a mistake in storing it and found it at room temperature. I got it in winter, but I mistakenly stored it in the wrong place and unearthed it at room temperature! It had a nice, unexpected fermentation process, and the dairy-like aroma and richness made it a very rich and delicious sake! I'm surprised that this kind of thing can happen. I'll do better in the future.

St. INDIGO Natsu no Hijiri Junmai Ginjo Refreshingly gassy with a pineapple-like aroma, it was sweet and sour, just like the bottle's image of cider. At 14% alcohol, it was light and easy to drink, and at about 1,500 yen, the cosmetics were amazing!

Special Junmai and Junmai Ginjo I received a set of three bottles. I thought I would keep this size for an offering, but I drank two of them in the order of the highest to lowest rice polishing ratio. I will offer the other bottle as an offering. I think Gokujo Yoshinogawa is the type of sake that you can easily buy and drink, but I hope the ancestors and the gods will be satisfied with the taste.

Morning Shibori-shu, ice-cold aged sake 20 degrees Celsius, strong taste. It was a gift and I was going to drink it slowly and savor it, but it was so good that I drank it in gulps. But it was so delicious that I drank it in gulps.
