Junmai Ginjo Spring Sake I got this as a souvenir from my father. I wonder what kind of mindset a father would have buying sake as a souvenir for his daughter. It said it had a muscat-like aroma, but it also had a melon feel. It had a gentle ginjo aroma and a spring-like atmosphere.

Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu - Hurumoto - No. 43 3080 yen. Fresh, clean, and beautifully balanced. I felt the beauty of harmony, rather than a push for flamboyance or anything like that. I made a large amount of salmon Nanbanzuke, so when I served it as an entrée, its individuality was hidden.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake It says "junmai ginjo" but it is 50% polished Yamadanishiki. Great aroma like melon, elegant and sharp!
