The gas is very strong. The first sip tasted very much like Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is tropical and fruity, and the sweetness comes out when the impression of Yamadanishiki is relaxed.

It was very good! It's juicy with a citrus aroma, and has a gassy, holy gasiness.
The label is too cool - red and black with glitter! I saw it at a liquor store and was attracted to it.
But I didn't have the photographic skills to show how cool it is!

SWEET SQUASH I was able to buy Shinkame sake, the pride of Saitama Prefecture residents, in Chiba Prefecture for some reason.

I went to buy another bottle of INDIGO Sacred, but it was sold out, so I bought this one that was in stock. I don't know what kind of spirit they had in mind when they called it a trial, but it's delicious!

Shiboritate Kiyohiraki Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
I think I got this sake in winter, but I made a mistake in storing it and found it at room temperature.
I got it in winter, but I mistakenly stored it in the wrong place and unearthed it at room temperature! It had a nice, unexpected fermentation process, and the dairy-like aroma and richness made it a very rich and delicious sake! I'm surprised that this kind of thing can happen. St. INDIGO Natsu no Hijiri Junmai Ginjo
Refreshingly gassy with a pineapple-like aroma, it was sweet and sour, just like the bottle's image of cider.

I think Gokujo Yoshinogawa is the type of sake that you can easily buy and drink, but I hope the ancestors and the gods will be satisfied with the taste.
