It is only available at "Hamatoku" ryokan near Hawaiian's. Classical, but very easy to drink. It was a perfect match for sashimi and other dishes.

Jikin, which I finally won in a raffle at a store. The moment I put it in my mouth, I could not feel the flavor and juiciness that I have never felt in any other sake. I was impressed by the freshness of the sake even though it was fire-aged! I loved it more than any other sake I have ever had! Next time, I want to try Jikin in its unpasteurized form!
