Collage Junmai Ginjo Orikarami
The aroma is typical of Collage, with a beautiful vinegary smell and a hint of orizumi.
No gassiness at all💦(I'm surprised it's not gassy at all. It's a surprise because it's so strong.)
The sweetness is strong and the smell of orikura is also strong. The sweetness is strong and the malted rice taste is strong! (It may also have a strong alcohol taste 💪)
There was quite a difference between the 2024BY and the 2024BY. (Is it an individual difference...? If there is a difference in the lot, I want to drink that too!)
