The taste that spreads the moment you put it in your mouth is exceptional. It has the full expression of sake, yet it is not spicy and has a refreshing aftertaste. It was the first time for me to try Junmai-shu Hirotogawa without Ginjo, but it was exceptional.

To finish off the delicious oden I had at the izakaya, I ordered the recently popular Kawanakajima. It's certainly delicious and has a completely different taste from Hirotogawa. This kind of sake, which is light on the palate and allows you to savor the sake flavor afterwards, is very popular these days.

I asked the proprietress for a fruity one, and she introduced me to this one. The aroma was subdued and the taste was simple and standard. It's so simple and standard. Mild and safe. Later on, I thought that the reason why the four bottles I drank after this one were so delicious might have been because of this first choice. So, is it recommended for the first drink?

It is 7% alcohol by volume and has a low alcohol content. The aroma is moderate, with a slightly sweet smell of malt. It has a sweet taste like a fruit liqueur, and you might think it's sweetened with sugar. It tastes almost like Smirnoff. The aftertaste makes you realize it is sake for the first time. It's best to enjoy it with dessert after dinner.

At room temperature. The aroma is fruity and mellow. The taste is thick and sweet, spreading throughout the mouth. The aftertaste is pungent in its own way, but the aftertaste remains softly. If you drink it quickly, it will not be too strong, but it will be a little strong at all.

It is a common tight junmai sake. Mellow and dry with a lingering aftertaste. It is not for drinking cold. It's not something to be drunk cold. It's good or bad, but not unique. It's good at 50-60℃. For those who like it hot.

Clear and colorless. It has a high aroma and a dry taste. The aftertaste is also quite spicy. With the aroma spreading from the aftertaste, sweetness and umami come along at the end. (I didn't notice it at the first sip because of the food.) It may be for when you want to be satisfied with a small amount like a little drink or a nightcap.

Cold. When it enters the mouth, it is water? It has a mild impact and tastes like a mild white fish fillet sake. The aftertaste is dry but still lingers after drinking. If you are not good at sake, you may feel like a medicine.

Gentle taste without spiciness. The image of melting snow? It tastes easy to drink even if you are not good at sake. If you want to make a souvenir of Fukui's sake, this one is for you!

It is served cold. It is fragrant, has no habits, and the pungency is gentle and gentle. You can drink it easily. Serve hot. The taste opens up and the aroma is just amazing. Dry. I can't stop drinking it even though it's hot. I didn't know it was so good for a junmai sake.
