Clear and colorless. It has a high aroma and a dry taste. The aftertaste is also quite spicy. With the aroma spreading from the aftertaste, sweetness and umami come along at the end. (I didn't notice it at the first sip because of the food.)
It may be for when you want to be satisfied with a small amount like a little drink or a nightcap.
