I don't know if this is related or not, but there is a variety of ume called "Oubai"? I just happened to see a pink plum in full bloom, and I had just procured some sake at the right time. I remembered it by the same name😅. What a joy!

I got this from a relative 🙏. It's a sake that once won a platinum award at a sake competition called Kura Mastar✨. It definitely feels a little different from the usual Koshi's, with a less fresh and delicious taste, but I thought it was too good for a stupid tongue like mine 🥲.

I came across this sake this time last year and it was so good and the label so gorgeous that I gave it as a New Year's gift and it was a big hit 😊. I'm glad I came across it again this year, it's still delicious 😋.

Exactly one year ago, a sake lover took me to a restaurant where I was served this sake and from that day on I became a sake lover! I am happy to be able to enjoy this sake again after a year 😊I hate the cold weather, but I now have something to look forward to in the winter 🍶.
