Subdued aroma. Soft mouthfeel as if reminiscent of soft water. Rather than sweetness, it is the sweetness of rice. The taste is mellow and spreads on the palate, finishing with a touch of super-hot spiciness. Complex and delicious! This is a sake I have never had before. Cold stored, Junmai Daiginjo 🍶🍶🍶🍶
