I've had a bit of a taste for it. I forgot to post it and it's been a while... I learned about this sake from a traveler to Niigata who told me about a sake that goes well with food. I found it to have a delicious flavor, but at the end, it has a melancholy sharpness and astringency. It is a sake that I never get tired of drinking. It is understandable that it is an autumn-only sake. With an alcohol content of 14 degrees, it is quite easy to drink.

The sake is much thicker than the previous one. It seems to be made by kneading the mash until the end. It has a strong creamy rice flavor, with a sweetness that ends up being refreshing afterwards. Personally, I think it goes well with cream cheese. It also has a strong alcoholic taste, so be careful not to drink too much.
