I forgot to post it and it's been a while...
I learned about this sake from a traveler to Niigata who told me about a sake that goes well with food.
I found it to have a delicious flavor, but at the end, it has a melancholy sharpness and astringency. It is a sake that I never get tired of drinking. It is understandable that it is an autumn-only sake. With an alcohol content of 14 degrees, it is quite easy to drink.
