The sake is much thicker than the previous one. It seems to be made by kneading the mash until the end. It has a strong creamy rice flavor, with a sweetness that ends up being refreshing afterwards. Personally, I think it goes well with cream cheese. It also has a strong alcoholic taste, so be careful not to drink too much.
