Sanuki kuradei (species of whelk, Neptunea polycostata) I forgot to record this. It tastes as if it is not sake. It has a strong sweetness and just a little sourness. It really tastes like calpis. It is not like nigori sake, which often has a slightly sweet taste and a pungent taste of sake. It tastes more like juice. The texture is smooth. Even people who don't usually drink sake or who don't like sake can drink it without hesitation. The alcohol content is 9 degrees, which is quite low, but it is not the type of sake that refreshes you like the dry, light sake, so you may feel a little bit tired after drinking it. It is delicious on its own. It might be good as a dessert sake.

Kuniumare Junmai Ginjo Hokkai Yamadanishiki Purchased directly from the brewery during a trip to Hokkaido. It is a daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 50. The price is 2600 yen for 720ml, which is a little expensive. It is delicious. I bought it because I thought it was quite tasty among the sake I tasted, and it is still tasty. It has a gentle ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and a clean taste. It also has a slight sweetness. After it disappears from the mouth, it leaves a lingering aftertaste. It tastes elegant.

陸奥男山 クラシック スッキリ軽やかな味わい。かすかな吟醸香。辛口と言われているが、あまり辛口感は無い。少し遅れて米の旨みが広がる。後味に少しアルコール感。 キレが良く、油物と合わせるとちょうど良い。 キンキンに冷やすのが個人的にはおすすめ。 喉に引っかかるような感じもなく、一気に流れ込んでくる。 水のようにごくごく飲めてしまう。

Kunishi Musou Junmai Ginjo-shu Bought at Takasago Sake Brewery on a visit to Hokkaido. It tastes clean and sweet. Moderate acidity. I had drunk it once before and thought, "Was it this good?" I thought. The taste may be slightly different between last year and this year, but I don't know. At any rate, it is delicious. It has a smooth taste that you don't get tired of drinking. It is not flashy, but it tastes fresh. Takasago Brewery's sake is delicious!

Kamoizumi Junmai Sake Hajime Kamoizumi Junmai Sake Ichi (一) is a sake made from junmai (pure rice). Sake with a slight yellow tinge. The aroma of rice can be felt. Kamikawa Taisetsu Special Junmai I went to the brewery on a trip to Hokkaido to buy some. The Midorigaoka warehouse is located in Kamikawa Town. Refreshing aroma and taste.
