Kojimaya Untitled 1
Slightly strange taste. Sweetness and sourness are moderate. It is refreshing without any unpleasant irritating sensation. It has a soft sake quality. The alcohol content is 13, so it is gentle. The taste is somewhat complex.
Quite tasty!
Drilling the raindrop stone
At my grandparents' house.
My personal favorite sake.
It is not the fruity type that is popular these days, so I don't think it is for everyone.
It has a subtle sweetness and a soft taste.
It tastes even better when heated.
More suited to warmed than cold sake.
My grandmother and mother, who do not usually drink sake, tried it, but they said it was a bit peculiar, not the sweetness that is common these days, and that they might not like it very much. Surprisingly, they did not like it.
I would recommend this sake to people who are used to drinking it.
Created by Monad
A slightly better priced sake from Saku.
It has a relatively strong sweetness and aroma, giving the impression of firmness.
It is juicy with a taste reminiscent of pears and apples.
Created by Honochi
A standard product of Saku.
It has a sweetness, but it is clean and crisp. It can also be served warm. There are many different types of Saku, but if you are not sure, try Honochi for now.
Instrument Masamune Junjyo
I forgot to record this.
Stable umami. Beautiful sake with good balance. It has a moderate sweetness and is refreshing to drink. It also has a pleasant ginjo aroma.
Excellent!
Instrument Masamune forte piano
The first impression on the palate is sweetness, ginjo aroma, and weak acidity, and the low alcohol content (13%) makes it light and refreshing. This is delicious. It is addictive. Although it is light, it has a rather sweet taste and is not too thin. However, it is not a persistent sweetness, but a light sweetness. It has a high degree of perfection.
The quality of the sake is very clean. The aftertaste is also refreshing. There is not much alcohol and the taste is gentle.
It is of course delicious cold, but the sweetness increases around room temperature.
Personally, I think it is one of the best sake of all the Masamune brands. Highly recommended.
Nichinichi Yamadanishiki
Delicious. The alcohol is 12 degrees and has a gentle taste. The sweetness comes first, and then the bitterness lingers. It has a gaseous taste and may be a bit like rum. You don't feel much alcohol, and the drink is refreshing. The taste is somewhat addictive.
It can be enjoyed as a food wine or as a stand-alone drink.
Kikunosato Junmai Ginjo
At an izakaya. Forgot to take a picture.
Sake from a famous brewery in Ona. I couldn't see the label, so I don't know the details of which sake it is.
The sake was clear, dry, and went well with food. The sake had a rather strong sake-like flavor, but it was not heavy, and was pleasant to drink. It has a sweetness, but it has a nice sharpness. Food sake
Hato Masamune, bag hanging, Ki Sato & Koichi Hasegawa
A PB product of Hasegawa Sake Shop? Something like that.
Refreshing ginjo aroma and soft texture. Very light and refreshing. Maybe a little thin. It is a little watery, or maybe not enough.
However, in hot summer, it is better to drink this much without getting tired of drinking.
Kiku-Masamune Barrel Sake, Namahoashiro, Dry Mouth Cup
The one you drink sometimes. This is the one that is sold everywhere but is still relatively tasty. The aroma of cedar like cask sake and the characteristic soft acidity and sweetness of the sake are well balanced and delicious. It is relatively refreshing without being cloying.
Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-ire
It is delicious. The moderate sweetness and acidity give it a refreshing taste. Very clean sake. Light.
It has a freshness and youthfulness, like a fresh sake. The acidity is a little more assertive than in previous sakes, but on the contrary, it is refreshing and may be just right for hot summers.
A sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
Tamitsu Junmai Tank Press
Relatively light taste. It is clear, light, crisp, and easy to drink. It gives a beautiful impression. It feels a little flat, but it's good because you don't get tired of drinking it.
It is not the type of sake that has a strong flavor statement, so it does not interfere with meals. It is more suited for a mealtime drink than a stand-alone sake.
KANKOUBEI Junmai Ginjo TORECE
Sake with an alcohol content of 13 degrees. Surprisingly dry sake. It has a sweetness, but it is not that strong. There is some astringency and bitterness. It seemed to be a little cloudy. Hmmm... It is rather light and refreshing.
Omi Neko Masamune SHIRONEKO Junmai Ginjo-shu
Omi Neko Masamune" by Omi Shuzo, which went out of business.
Now Maihime Shuzo has taken over as "Shinshu Neko Masamune". I drank the Omi Neko Masamune.
The label is cute with a cat. As a sake, it is rather flat and has no outstanding characteristics. It has a mild sake quality and is surprisingly refreshing. There is a slight alcohol taste, but there is nothing bad to note about the sake. For better or worse, it is the type of sake that one does not get tired of drinking.
It was made more than a year ago, so the quality of the sake may have changed somewhat. To be honest, I was very hesitant to open the bottle because Neko Masamune made by Omi Shuzo is no longer available, but I thought it would be a bad idea to keep it any longer, so I opened it.
Instrument Masamune Junjyo
A consistently delicious instrumental Masamune. Beautiful sake quality and perfection. Delicious, too delicious.
Delicious with a slight gaseous taste and sweet and sour taste in harmony. There is a little bit of a rummy feel to it.
I think the acidity is slightly stronger than when I drank it before. It is still tasty, so there is no problem.
The alcohol content is 13%, so you don't feel the insistence of alcohol, and it has a gentle taste.
This sake was awarded third place in the Junmai-shu category at the SAKE COMPETITION 2024, and its ability is well documented.
It tastes refreshing and light when well chilled, but it has a different taste at room temperature, where it is calmer and its sweetness stands out. Of course, it requires refrigeration, so it should be stored in the refrigerator.
Recommended sake.
Kikusui Funaguchi Daiginjo Nama Sake
A limited-edition brew commemorating the 50th anniversary of FUNAGUCHI.
Compared to regular Funaguchi, it has a gorgeous, sweet flavor. It has a refreshing mouthfeel. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma and a slightly cloudy, grain-like aroma.
There is a slight nose-irritating alcohol smell.
It is a little dangerous because it does not feel like it has 19% alcohol content.
The sweetness and acidity are good, and it tastes good.
Good.
Miyanoyuki Junmai Sake
Slightly alcoholic. Sake quality is relatively calm. Good acidity and sweetness. Slightly apple-like taste. Light and pleasant to drink. Smooth on the tongue.
Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Suwa Miyamanishiki Hi-ire
Good taste. Fresh sake with a slight gassy feeling.
It has sweetness and acidity. Sourness with a little citrus nuance.
Juicy and fruity.
A refreshing and crisp sake. It tastes best when well chilled.
Recommended sake.
After all, Mikotsuru is delicious!
Shizen Hometown Refreshing
Refreshing, refreshing, and delicious. This may be the best sake I have ever tasted.
Pleasant sweetness with a rummy feel. There is a slight alkalinity in the latter half, but it disappears nicely in the end.
It is not flashy, but it has a moderate sweetness and calmness, and is easy to drink. It is easy to drink.
I thought it was a sake I would like to keep on hand.
