Instrument Masamune Junjyo
A consistently delicious instrumental Masamune. It has a beautiful sake quality with a high degree of perfection. It is delicious with a slight gasiness and sweet acidity in harmony. It has a slightly rummy taste.
The acidity seems to be slightly stronger than the last time I drank it. It is still tasty, though.
The alcohol content is 13%, so you don't feel the insistence of alcohol, and it has a gentle taste.
This sake was awarded third place in the Junmai-shu category at the SAKE COMPETITION 2024, and its ability is well documented.
It tastes refreshing and light when well chilled, but it has a different taste at room temperature, where it is calmer and its sweetness stands out. Of course, it requires refrigeration, so it should be stored in the refrigerator.
