WAKAZE
THE CLASSIC
Today's sake is a Japanese sake, but it comes from France.
It has no ginjo aroma, but rather a sour taste.
It's a little like white wine.
It's similar to Yamahai or other low-milling-rate sake with a thick taste, but with a clean aftertaste and a soft sweetness, it's very easy to drink.
However, if I were asked if I would buy it again, I'm not sure.
But if you were to ask me if I would buy it again, I'm not sure.
