Limited edition brewed in 2018. Got it at a liquor store near Akita station. Bought it with the phrase "sake made for sake lovers". It has a good aroma with a strong sake taste.

I opened it yesterday when I switched from nyanko sake I opened it when I switched from Nyako sake to hot sake at a pot yesterday. The owner of the liquor store highly recommended it, so I got it. Chokyo is the year when Tobiraizumi was founded. It's been 535 years since Firaizumi was founded in 1484❗️Muromachi era The Muromachi period. When served hot, it has a nice sour taste. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results. After the nabe, you can enjoy a cup of sake while chewing on the dried squid with its delicious liver. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. My favourite Tobiraizumi 😀. I usually enjoy it cold for its dryness, rice flavor, and superb acidity, but Chokyo says it's better warmed, so I've been doing it with a hot ikan sake. I've been drinking it hot because I like it warm. I'd like to see more of these.
