It has been a while since I had a drink at a restaurant that has a large lineup of sake with a particular focus on Japanese sake.
The first was Himezen. It was my first time to drink it, but I took it because of the cute jackets.
It is sweeter than I imagined. It's soft and thick. I can't drink a lot. It seems to be good for those who are not good at sake but would like to enjoy it from now on.
