The brewer is Shirakami Shuzo and the seller is Hirosaki Meizo. I wonder if the label was put on a low-priced sake for tourists in Hirosaki. I drank it after opening the bottle, but it tasted sour and mmmm ⤵️ (my personal opinion). I don't think I will buy it again. I hope the taste will change for the better when it is exposed to air.

Purchased because of the cute label. It tastes as good as the label. The first sip tasted sweet and I thought, "What? But after the second sip, the dry taste came through. It doesn't have the crispness of a ginjo, but it has a mild and satisfying taste with a hint of spiciness.

It has one of the strongest fruity aromas I have ever had. It tastes very refreshing and fruity like a melon. A sake that made me so happy. I served it with cheese millefeuille of Ichida persimmon and miso wrapped with shiso.

The last sake of the three days of the New Year is my favorite sake, Isojumma. This sake is not a ginjo, but a honjozo that shows its true value. It has a great balance of sweetness and acidity. I want to keep it in stock at all times.
