Today, I threw in a full bottle of my favorite Iso Jiman.
If I drink this one, I have one more. It's the kind of sake you'll miss if you don't have it on hand.
This sake is made from non-standard rice and polished to 27%, the same process as Junmai Daiginjo.
It is easy to drink.
It's very reasonably priced and a pleasure to drink.
Sake from Iki Island, Nagasaki.
Resumed brewing sake in 2018 for the first time in 30 years.
Fruity and fragrant, with a soft sweet taste on the tongue.
It is heavy and thick.
Very tasty.
A sake made with wine yeast. It has a sour taste and a true white wine flavor. The texture is thickened by sake on the tongue. It seems to have many likes and dislikes. I think... I'll have to try the next one.
